These terms govern access to the Kingsman Software Services website, client portal, payment links, documents, and support facilities. Project-specific proposals, contracts, statements of work, and service-level agreements take precedence where they conflict with these general terms.
You must use secure links and accounts only for their intended business purpose, keep access details confidential, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You may not probe, disrupt, automate abusive requests, upload malicious content, or attempt to access another organization’s information.
Pricing, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and timelines are confirmed in the applicable quotation or agreement. Material scope changes may require revised pricing and delivery dates. Electronic approvals recorded through a secure quotation link represent the submitted decision and audit information.
Invoices are payable according to their stated terms. A payment submission or uploaded proof remains subject to verification. Payment-provider availability and settlement timing may be outside our control. Incorrect or duplicate entries may be held for reconciliation before a receipt or credit is finalized.
Clients are responsible for timely content, access, approvals, lawful instructions, backups under their control, and appropriate authorization for data supplied to us. Credentials should be shared only through agreed secure channels.
We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted public-site or portal availability. Contracted response and resolution commitments apply only where documented in an active service agreement or retainer.
Chatbot responses are automated guidance and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not quotations, contractual commitments, professional advice, or guaranteed descriptions of availability, pricing, delivery dates, or technical outcomes. Final scope and commercial terms are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement. You can request a human handoff from the chat interface.
Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are governed by the applicable agreement. Each party must protect confidential information and use it only for the relevant business relationship, subject to lawful disclosure requirements.
Liability, warranties, suspension, termination, refunds, and dispute terms are governed by the applicable signed agreement and applicable law. We may suspend portal access where necessary to protect clients, users, or systems.
